Surgical versus non-surgical penis enhancement treatments

Here at Moorgate Aesthetics, we are proud to offer both surgical and non-surgical penis enhancement options.

Surgical-Versus-Non-SurgicalIf you’re considering penis enlargement, it’s important to think carefully about whether you want to opt for a surgical procedure or something less invasive. But how can you decide which type of treatment is right for you?

There are several different factors that you should take into account. We’ll go through them in this blog entry so that you can make the most informed choice possible.
1. Current penis size
One of the most important factors to consider is the current size of your penis. Non-surgical procedures can obviously encourage penis growth, which means they are suitable for slightly smaller-than-average penises. However, they obviously can’t radically alter the size or shape of your genitalia. As such, if your penis is particularly small, a surgical option may be better for you. Surgical options can achieve more dramatic size increases, even on more compact penises.
2. Your size goal
Many men want to have bigger penises. The question you need to ask yourself is “how much bigger?” Do you want to slightly increase either the length or girth of your penis or do you want to drastically expand both? Surgical options are often better if you need to achieve a more ambitious size goal. In contrast, non-surgical options can be used to help you achieve more modest size goals.
3. Budget
It’s important to think about how much money you can afford to spend when deciding which type of penis enhancement procedure is best for you. While surgical methods can produce more noticeable results, they are also more expensive. Non-surgical penis enhancement is much more affordable in comparison. You should aim to choose an option that doesn’t exceed your budget.
When selecting the type of penis enhancement procedure you want, you need to balance a variety of different considerations, including your budget, your goals and your current penis size. Giving an appropriate level of consideration to all three factors can help you choose the option that is best for you. If you would like more information on surgical or non-surgical penis enhancement options, get it touch with us whenever you like.

What are the possible side effects of penis enlargement treatments?

If you’re looking into penis enlargement surgery, you might be a little concerned about the potential side effects.

side-effects-of-penis-enlargement

After all, your penis is one of your most vital organs – so it’s understandable if you’re worried about things going wrong after your penile enlargement treatment.

In this blog post we’ll take a look at some of the side effects of penis enlargement treatment, and how our pioneering cannula method can not only deliver astonishing results but actually also boost male genital health after surgery compared to other penis enhancement methods.

Bruising

As with most medical procedures, it’s possible that you’ll experience a little bruising on your penis for a few days after your penis enlargement surgery has taken place.
But by opting for the cannula therapy method, you can cut back on the amount of bruising you’ll experience. This is because the procedure involves fewer incisions into your skin than a traditional needle treatment does, so there’s less risk.

Vascular occlusion

You may have read about vascular occlusion, a significant potential complication which can happen after some surgical procedures. If vascular occlusion occurs, it’s usually because a blood vessel has been blocked.
By using a cannula this risk is lowered substantially because the tip of a cannula is blunt and unsharpened, and is able to slide around blood vessels rather than going in. Needles, on the other hand, have razor-sharp points and pierce the blood vessel repeatedly.

Appearance

Treatments designed to increase penis length often involve injecting fluid into the organ, and as a result you might be concerned that even if your penis grows it may have an unusual appearance in other ways.
But here at Moorgate Aesthetics, we know how to avoid these problems. While many penis thickening clinics perform treatments on flaccid penises, our treatments are designed to be injected on your erect penis instead. This technique means that there’s a more smooth distribution of growth along your penis, rather than concentration in one area or another.

Here at Moorgate Aesthetics we have over 35 years of experience in the field of cosmetic surgery, so we know exactly how to keep side effects to a minimum while delivering maximum results. Contact us today for more information.

6 things you wanted to know about penile surgery but were afraid to ask

Penile surgery is becoming an increasingly available option for gentlemen that would like to see more from that particular part of their body.

Here’s our quick rundown on the facts and fiction around this type of surgery:

FACT: Penoplasty can permanently improve the appearance of the penis. It is suitable for men who’ve been born with an unusually small penis, who have suffered trauma or who simply wish to make their penis larger.
FACT: The length of the penis can usually be increased between one and two inches in its flaccid state. Width can be increased by around two to four cm in both the flaccid and erect state.
FACT: Surgery can help with feelings of inadequacy, embarrassment, low self-esteem and performance anxiety.

Here’s what happens

The penile lengthening procedure involves exposing bits of the penis that would usually remain inside the body. There are ligaments at the base of the shaft that act as the guy ropes, or support structure for the penis, once they’re cut %28via a small incision in the abdomen%29 then the penis will be more exposed and naturally appear larger.
FACT: There will be some discomfort in the early days after the operation but this can be managed with pain relief and local anaesthetic.
FACT: The only sign of surgery is a small, and easily, hidden incision at the base of the penis. Scarring, if you have any, will fade between one and three years after surgery.
FACT: You can soon get back to work after the operation. A few days off will usually be enough to recover – you will need to avoid sex for around four weeks though.
If you have more questions, or would like to find out more about how the booking process works, then contact the team at Moorgate Urology. They have over 35 years of experience in cosmetic surgery and the team includes Surgeons, registered Urologist and Andrologist,. Get in touch today and someone will guide you through the process from first consultation to your very last check-up.

Post-operative care: what to expect after Penoplasty with Moorgate

It is important that a doctor works out how to increase length and girth safely depending on the choice of procedure.

What to expect after penis surgery

The amount of time required to successfully conduct a penile enlargement averages at about four hours depending on the amount of fat needed to get injected into the penis in its erect state. You should plan to take one week off work after the operation. You will have had a surgical procedure so you need to be sensible and give yourself time to recuperate from the anaesthetic. Some men are able to go back to work within a few days after having penis enlargement surgery , however if you have a physically demanding job you might want to allow a little longer. The doctor sometimes puts the patient on medication to suppress an erection, thereby doing away with pain and injury emanating from an erection occurring just after the surgery. you must arrange for someone to collect you or let the clinic arrange a driver for you. AS you are advised not to drive straight after your surgery. Some harmful habits, such as smoking or having sex before the recovery period ends, are advised against. The reason behind this advice is to prevent any infection.

Post-operative care

Following a successful penile enlargement, the patient is to experience little to no amount of pain. The minor discomfort experienced gets treated by some oral medication. In some minor instances, patients, especially with high blood pressure, get advised to raise their feet using two pillows while they sleep. Some patients manifest drowsiness as a result of the medication that limits erections.

The patient will need to return to the clinic afterwards to have some stitches removed. This is usually done around one to two weeks after the surgery.  After the two weeks of healing conclude, the doctor gives the okay for the patient to start resuming normal life slowly. However, strenuous activity such as sex and self-pleasuring is a big no.

Penoplasty - the long and the short of it.

Thanks to the increasing perception amongst men that a small member somehow makes them inferior,

Penoplasty - the long and the short of it

the rise in popularity of the penoplasty cosmetic surgery procedure has grown and grown in recent years.

So what is a penoplasty, and what are the benefits?

Penoplasty – the long and the short of it

Penoplasty surgery is usually performed when someone suffers from the negative psychological effects of having a very small penis. Those men with a ‘micropenis’ (less than 7cm long when erect) can suffer from feelings of inadequacy and embarrassment when their manhood is viewed by members of the opposite sex or by their peers in gym changing rooms, etc.
From a practical perspective, having a micro penis can make penetration difficult during sex, leading to relationship discord and problems in fathering children.

Longer and thicker

During the penoplasty procedure, fat is harvested from the patient and then injected into the penis to increase its length and width. The procedure is safe and effective with most patients enjoying an immediate increase in the size of their penis and suffering no side-effects or problems.

Low risk, big difference

There are no risks presented to the patient in terms of erection, sensitivity of the penis, orgasm, fertility or ejaculation. Once the procedure is complete and the area has settled down, the penis will function normally, except on a larger scale! Take note though, if you had problems with your member’s ability to perform prior to the procedure, your situation will remain unchanged. Similarly, just because your penis is larger this is no guarantee that your sexual performance will be improved or altered in any way. The only difference you’ll note is an improved ease of penetration and a more satisfying feeling for your partner.
In the girth enhancement, all the work takes place outside of the penis and therefore does not interfere with the delicate structures that could affect sensitivity and performance. The lengthening procedure part of the procedure does carry a very small risk of infection, but this is unlikely when carried out in a sterile operating environment.

If you are unlucky enough to have a very small penis, you will almost certainly benefit from undergoing a penoplasty procedure. Why not have a chat, in confidence, with the experts at Moorgate Aesthetics to discuss how a penoplasty could help you.

How Penis-gate Starring Orlando Bloom, taught the average man to be thankful.

It’s almost one year since a collection of photos of Orlando Bloom on vacation with Katy Perry in Italy went viral. The reason they garnered such global attention? Bloom was nonchalantly paddle boarding with his penis on display for all to see.

A lot has happened in the meantime. For starters, Bloom and Perry have split up, although we are assured that it wasn’t because of the Hollywood actor’s penis size.
The image of Bloom kneeling on a board behind his former partner and letting it all hang out struck a chord with the average man. Why? Because he wasn’t exactly huge.
When perception is tackled by reality
Most men aren’t huge either, but there is a perception that those in the public eye have a bit more to boast about.
Don’t get us wrong, Bloom is a fine specimen of a man, who boasts a chiselled frame. However, his penis size was merely average and that was heartwarming for men everywhere.

Orlando Bloom Penis picture

Initially, pixelated images emerged with a long, slender shadow running down his leg. This gave the impression that he boasted a much bigger penis than is actually the case. However, the full unedited version of the photos soon emerged online.
He probably should have seen it all coming
Bloom has since stated that because he was holidaying in a secluded area he didn’t feel the need to worry about the paparazzi. That was an amateur error for a person who has been in the public eye for almost half of his life.
Bloom now begins most interviews with a warning to journalists that he is not willing to talk about matters relating to his penis. That’s fair enough; it’s his business, even if he doesn’t mind flaunting it from time to time.
As the one-year anniversary of ‘Penis-gate’ approaches, average-sized (and smaller) men the world over should be thanking Bloom for making them feel just a little bit better about themselves.
However, if Orlando’s appearance in his birthday suit didn’t make you feel any better about yourself, there are solutions. Contact us at Moorgate Aesthetics today to talk to our qualified and experienced team about penis enlargement surgery and non-surgical penis enlargement procedures.

Four athletes who famously bragged about the size of their penis.

For some men it’s simply not enough to just have a big penis. Instead, they feel the need to shout about it from the rooftops.

This is definitely a trend that’s been seen on more than one occasion in the world of sport. Numerous athletes have spilled the beans about their manhood – and a fair few are clearly guilty of bragging!

If you’re currently eyeing up penis enlargement surgery, here are four athletes that you could soon find yourself matching up to.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. didn’t hold back in the slightest when quizzed about his sex life during an interview with Howard Stern in 2013. In fact, the prizefighter painted a very detailed picture of what’s going on below his waist. He boasted: “I’ve got the trophy, I’m a beast.” When asked to elaborate, he added: “I’m holding.”

Andy Carroll

In 2013, footballer Andy Carroll shared what at first seemed like an innocent picture of his lengthy thumb on Twitter. However, it actually turned out that he was bragging about the size of his manhood to his followers. Alongside the image, Andy wrote: “The average man’s penis is three times the length of his thumb.”

Paul ‘The Big Show’ Wright

WWE star Paul Wright has been known as ‘The Big Show’ since he debuted with the wrestling company in 1999. It would seem that this moniker isn’t just in relation to his 7ft stature. In 2001, the grappler regularly donned a t-shirt that said ‘Big Show’ with a not-so subtle arrow pointing towards his crotch.

Jerry Rice

American football legend Jerry Rice once laid claim to having the biggest penis in the history of the NFL. During an interview with Andy Cohen in 2015, he was asked to give the name of the most well-endowed man that he’d seen in the locker room. The wide receiver quickly responded: “He’s sitting here.”

Do you match up?

It doesn’t matter if you’re not currently in a position to brag about the size of your manhood. Instead, you can soon reap the rewards of a penis enhancement if you get in touch with Moorgate Urology today.
