Scrotal Lift Surgery | Scrotum Lift procedure

Are things a bit stretched down there? Do you have a long Scrotum?

Scrotal Lift Surgery

Men come to Moorgate Aesthetics to improve the appearance of their Scrotum

The medical term for lifting the scrotum is scrotoplasty. A scrotum which is excessively stretched can be a source of discomfort and embarrassment for men. Problems encountered include the testicles touching the toilet water when sitting on the toilet. They may get trapped in certain types of clothing. Then of course there is the embarrassment when having to change in public places such as the gym. It can also inhibit a mans sex life as he is too embarrassed to reveal his genitalia to his partner for fear of ridicule.
This is particularly common problem for men as they age and the scrotum naturally drops down.
Scrotal improvement surgery can be performed together with other surgery on the male genitalia. For example, we do get requests to perform this operation together with penis enlargement surgery. We are one of the foremost providers of penis enlargement surgery in the United Kingdom.

The Procedure

About the Scrotum
About the Scrotum
Most men are concerned about the length of the scrotal sac. They feel that aesthetically it does not look nice. They are worried that their partner may find their genitals off-putting. The procedure is performed either under local or general anaesthetic. The Plastic Surgeon will discuss the most appropriate anaesthetic in your case with you.
During the operation the excess skin is removed giving a lifted appearance to the testicles. In most cases self dissolving sutures are used. The operation takes around one hour and following a period of recovery you will be able to go home on the same day.

After the surgery

Following your scrotoplasty surgery you need to arrange around one week off work. It is important that you rest in the first days after surgery. You will notice some bruising and swelling to the scrotum. This is normal and will settle over the following two weeks. You may be prescribed antibiotics and pain relief medication by the Doctor, it is important that you take your medication as prescribed. If erections become uncomfortable in the first days after surgery , medication can also be prescribed to help with this.
Excessive activities such as gym work should be avoided for six weeks after surgery. Similarly, avoid sexual intercourse until the scrotum has sufficiently healed. Your surgeon will advise you when it is ok to resume.
Appointments will be scheduled for you to have check ups with the surgeon and to ensure that everything is healing well. The results of scrotoplasty surgery are permanent. Rarely skin laxity can return which may require a revision surgery procedure.
At Moorgate Aesthetics we provide three years revision surgery cover for all Patients giving you complete peace of mind.

Glans Enhancement | Male Glans Thickener | Glans Enlargement

Many Men Worry Their Glans being too small.

Glans enhancement
The glans is the head of the penis which is visible when the foreskin of the penis is retracted, or in uncircumcised men.
Many men are worried that the glans is too small, especially in comparison with the shaft of the penis. They are concerned that they will not be able to satisfy their partner sexually as a result of the size.
At Moorgate Aesthetics we offer hyaluronic acid injections  to thicken the glans and increase its size.
Generally, three or four syringes are required to give a good result, although more syringes can be injected depending on the desired result. Prior to treatment a topical anaesthetic spray is used to numb the glans and make the injections more comfortable.

It takes only twenty minutes or so to complete the treatment – After the treatment you can go home straight away. It is normally advised to avoid sexual activity involving the penis for 48 hours after treatment. Over time, you will notice the glans reduce in size. This is because your body will eventually break down the hyaluronic acid. Depending how quickly or otherwise your body does this, you will need a top up treatment somewhere between three and twelve months.
Most of our Patients have a top up treatment once or twice a year. Of course, when you return you may not need the same number of syringes as the first time, because you will probably still have some dermal filler still present in the glans. This treatment can be done in conjunction with thickening treatment to the shaft of the penis. This is also performed with hyaluronic acid injections. Many men like dermal filler treatments to thicken the penis because it does not involve any real down time when compared to surgical options to thicken the penis. Another potential benefit of enhancing the glans is that the hyaluronic acid treatment may desensitize the penis slightly. This can help delay ejaculation which is helpful for those suffering from premature ejaculation and it could make sexual intercourse last longer for others too.

At Moorgate Aesthetics we offer free consultations for penis send glans thickening without any obligation. Call us today or email us to arrange your free consultations. We have consultation centres throughout the UK.

Does Penis Enlargement Surgery leave any visible scars ?

One of the questions we get asked often is, ‘will my partner see any evidence of scars from my penis surgery?’

Scars from Penis Enlargement
Most men who have penis enlargement surgery don’t tell anyone about their operation. This maybe in part due to the fact that most men who have the surgery are single. For them penis enlargement surgery is much easier from a stress point of view in that they have nobody who maybe owed an explanation. Of the men that we see for surgery, many comment that their new sexual partners have not noticed any scarring from having surgery to their penis.
In the lengthening part of the operation there is a cut in the pubic area. Therefore there is a small scar afterwards. Most scars heal to a fine white line and this fine white line is hard to spot when covered with pubic hair.
The lengthening procedure makes the angle of the erection slightly lower but this is not generally noticeable from its original position. However, men must remember that the cutting of the suspensory ligament also diminishes the stability of the penis somewhat. This can be an issue with sex when the partner is on top for example, because in this position the stability of the penis might be compromised.
We often see men who choose not to tell their partner that they are going to have penis enlargement surgery. This is a risky tactic in my opinion. Keeping surgery a secret if you are in a relationship is going to be tough. For a start you cannot have sex for six weeks and if the partner sees scars and dressings covering your penis with-in the healing process, you may have to do some explaining.
When the after effects of the surgery have settled there are no visible effects like scars and lumpiness. The penis will be bigger than before of course, that’s the object of the operation, but scars and lumpiness of the fat transfer should have settled down after a few weeks. When this is the case you can continue your sexual activities with more, confidence.
Men who would like their penis thicker are choosing the dermal filler option more and more. I think this is in part due to the fact that this treatment is very difficult to detect. When the filler is injected underneath the skin of the penis it becomes instantly thicker, but without the scars associated with penis enlargement surgery.
Less downtime is a feature of all cosmetic surgery operations and penis enlargement is no different.
So with a little patience penis enlargement surgery scars can be undetectable. Much depends of course on the skill of the Plastic Surgeon. This is especially true when transferring fat.

A good procedure can give a very natural looking result.
